For instance is a state wanted to give a State house candidate access to his portion of the list they could define SDD1 as state house district and populate the field. I don't want us to get too into that right now. Below is the superset of the fields that are currently given to the states and are considered necessary by Nick to cover what he currently does for the states out of the FoxPro DB--the in-house membership/inquiry DB that also does other things.
